CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation Policy: Due to stringent cancellation policies imposed on the Association by third party providers, the following cancellation policy is necessary. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged. Convention registrants canceling on or before May 27, 2008 will receive a 100 percent refund; on or between May 28 to June 10, 2008 a 50 percent refund; and on or after June 11, 2008 no refund will be given. Cancellations must be received in writing by the stated deadlines. Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: From date of submission, this document WILL serve as your registration and exhibitor commitment, and all fees will apply. Exhibitors canceling on or before December 24, 2007 prior to 1st day of convention will receive a 100 percent refund; on or between December 25, 2007 and March 24, 2008 prior to 1st day of each convention, a 50 percent refund; on or after March 25, 2008 prior to 1st day of convention, no refund will be given.
