Spring Convention

CBA of Georgia received numerous compliments on an outstanding 2008 Spring Convention at the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa in Asheville, NC. Bankers from across the state enjoyed local and national industry speakers, and a regulatory panel. Bankers learned valuable information on such topics as the economy, gaining new customers and market share, secrets to increasing profitability and efficiency, tips on achieving success, enhancing shareholder value and challenges and Responsibilities of the Loan Committee. In addition to the fantastic educational sessions, the peer networking involving executive management level bankers was unparalleled at this event. On Saturday, CBA Board Member Emory Lewis was presented with a resolution, listing his accomplishments throughout his career.  The convention closed on Saturday evening with a reception, dinner and an exclusive candlelight tour of the Biltmore House.
