Quality Service Award
In 1992, the Community Bankers Association (CBA) of Georgia created the Quality Service Award (QSA) to honor banks that project excellence in banking and the utmost quality service.
Each year, enthusiasm for the Quality Service Award grows because participants benefit from the application process. The award gives your bank the opportunity to examine quality service goals, employee projection of quality service, community involvement and financial conditions.
Seven sections make up the core of the Quality Service Award application. In order to fulfill the application requirements, the financial institution must examine its operations, customer relations, employee training, community involvement, etc.
In each section, applicants show documentation of superior quality service and unique characteristics of community banking by using graphs, customer comments, pictures, newspaper ads, community involvement, etc., and last year a multi-media requirement was added to give you an even better way to show off what sets your bank apart!
