Each member bank and associate member receives one complimentary copy of each edition; additional copies are available for purchase. 

J. STEVEN WALRAVEN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP The J. Steven Walraven Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $500 is designed for a bank employee who wishes to continue their education while working full-time at a CBA member bank. The scholarship is named for the late J. Steven Walraven, an active and long-time community banker who exemplified professionalism and community involvement.

 

JULIAN AND JAN HESTER SCHOLARSHIP FUND An annual scholarship CBA offers through the Julian and Jan Hester Memorial Scholarship Fund to graduating high school students planning to attend a college, university or technical institute in Georgia. >> more

LEGISLATIVE UPDATE Between January and March of each year (depending on when the legislative session begins and ends), the CBA provides member banks with information regarding weekly legislative updates on bills that are being tracked regarding banking regulation changes and updates.

MARKETING INSIGHTS Marketing Insights is a quarterly e-newsletter that provides CEOs and bank marketers with up-to-date information regarding marketing efforts to help promote community banking. This publication includes information on upcoming marketing events, marketing hot topics, and community service ideas.
