Calling all CEOs, Chairpersons and Committee Chairpersons—this conference is just for YOU! Designed for bank leadership to share ideas, discuss “best practices,” and take a deep dive into topics and practices relevant to your bank’s continued success.
“We believe that bank leaders and board members are continually diluted with their time and energy related to regulatory, business, and community obligations,” stated Kristi Greer, SVP Professional Development at CBA. “CBA is dedicated to practical guidance to narrow the focus of bank leaders and board members. These sessions will put an emphasis on the important over the urgent, to help establish processes that will ease the administrative burden of chairing executive meetings, board meetings, or committee meetings. We have secured a terrific line-up of subject matter experts to help today’s modern board of directors.”
The conference will be held at the new Hotel 45 in Macon, and participants will leave with multiple tools:
Take a look at the agenda and reserve your spot today. Attendance is limited to 40 participants. Upon registration, participants will be asked to complete a survey to support learning opportunities and make the most of our time together.
