Announcing Plans for 2020 CBA Salary Survey
CBA is teaming up with Warren Averett to deliver the 2020 Annual Salary Survey. Warren Averett is a SOC II certified accounting firm that is taking great strides to increase the value and production of our annual survey.
Security and anonymity are a focus to ensure the quality and confidentiality of the survey. Each CBA bank member that completes the survey will receive a complimentary copy of the final report. The survey will open on July 7th and close on August 10th. We expect to have the final report available September 1st. Click here for more details.

CBA pays tribute to bankers reaching a milestone of 30, 40 or 50 years in the community banking industry. The presentation will be made during the 52nd Annual Convention & Mini-Trade Show and the 2020 deadline to submit honorees is Friday, August 28, 2020.
Honorees receive a commemorative plaque, and CBA will feature the honorees in various CBA publications, as well as provide a press release. Honorees with 50 or more years of service also receive a customized gold and diamond lapel pin.
