Bankers Requested! CBA Delivered!
Our brand new Executive Channel was inspired by our bankers. We have held two excellent one-day forums to support C-suite functional topics for our bankers. The program allows participants to bring their own specific questions and topics. Corrie Hall, partner of James, Bates, Brannan, Groover facilitated the discussions and knowledge sharing amongst the group. Topics included: COVID impacts, employee benefits for talent acquisition, and regulatory updates. Senator John Kennedy stopped by to give legislative updates and key reasons on why re-districting is being established in Georgia. Our program sponsor representatives, Kevin Wyckoff & Jon Keagle of FHLB of Atlanta brought even more beneficial tools by providing insight and lessons learned from 2020. The Executive Channel continues to develop into a program that meets the individual and collective needs of our banks. Our next programs are scheduled for October 5 & December 10. We are making plans to invite subject matter experts to cover some of these hot topics: executive compensation, mergers & acquisitions, and succession planning.
