Hotel Information:
To call in reservations, please reach out to The King & Prince at 800-342-0212. You will need to advise them that you were with the Community Bankers Association Advanced BSA School in order to receive our discounted rate.
CBA Rate:
- Starting at $249.00 per room / per night plus applicable taxes (11% and $5.00 Georgia hotel fee). Group rates will be honored one day prior and one day post the event dates and subject to availability at the time of the reservation.
- The destination fee includes: the Hotel will add a Resort Services Fee of $20.00 plus tax per night. The Resort Services Fee includes the following guest services, which shall be extended to all Organization guests at no further charge: 24-hour security, in-room coffee and hot teas, self-parking, wireless internet, two bottled waters per day, local and domestic phone calls, in-room umbrellas for use during visit, fitness center, tennis court access, preferred access to tee times at the King and Prince Golf Course, shuttle service to the King and Prince Golf Course, shuttle service to the SSI Airport, poolside towel service, and computer and printer access.
Cutoff date:
We encourage you to book your room prior to Tuesday, July 18, 2023. After July 18, rooms will be released and CBA cannot guarantee the group rate or availability after that date.

Check-In at the hotel is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
Reservation Cancellations:
All rooms are subjected to The King & Prince hotel cancellation policy. An early departure or no-show fee of one night room rate and tax will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date and / or is a no show for their reservation.
