E-Mail Privacy and Member Contact Information
CBA communicates with its membership primarily through emails. Members can always opt out of receiving e-mails or restrict the category of e-mails they receive. The CBA membership directory is available to members and elected officials. However, such lists do not include e-mail addresses. We do, however, provide e-mail lists to our third-party webinar provider for purposes of marketing our community bank webinars only. We may provide personally identifiable or other information in response to a lawful request from a law enforcement or government agency.
