CBA Transitions to New Payment Processor – Update Your Info Today
Effective July 1st, CBA transitioned to a new payment processing provider to ensure a full integration within our Association Management System. As a result, any previously stored credit card or bank account information within your member portals did not transfer to the new system due to privacy and PCI compliance restrictions on sensitive data.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Members with saved payment methods will need to re-enter their credit card or bank account information within their member portal.
- Auto Pay remains available – once payment details are updated, recurring payments will continue without interruption.
