CBA Board of Directors
The CBA Board of Directors oversees CBA operations. The Board can have between fifteen (15) and twenty-five (25) members. It includes the Chairman, Chairman-Elect, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Immediate Past Chairman, the President/CEO, the Division Co-Chairs, and at least two (2) Directors-at-Large.
Board members are elected each year at the Annual Convention.
