Cancellation Policies & Facility Maps

When registering for programs, be sure to check availability for all applicable program dates. Individuals who may not be able to attend all applicable sessions are encouraged to use the a la carte program option at the time of registration to avoid cancellations. If a registrant for a multi-session program can no longer attend all scheduled sessions, substitutions are welcome. For multi-session certification programs, each registrant must attend all sessions in a calendar year to receive certification. Due to the nature of the certification process, no attendee substitutions are allowed.

After registering, an automated registration confirmation will be sent via email from One week prior to the registered program, we will send a detailed instructional email. Please note that information, as well as date and locations are subject to change. Non-members may be subject to non-member pricing and restrictions. 

In the event, you choose to cancel your program registration, the following cancelation polices will apply:

  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to the program start date will receive a 100% credit/refund.
  • Cancellations received 15 days prior to the program start date will receive a 50% credit/refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the program start date will receive no credit/refund, however, attendee substitutions are welcomed.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing.

CPEs and attendance records are kept for all programs, in order to receive documentation for completion of CBA programming, participants must be registered and complete at least 80% of the polling questions during the STREAM program.

Please note: CBA’s STREAM (virtual professional development) option allows for one participant per paid registration. The paid registration gives access to program resources for effective learning. If additional attendees would like access to the program resources (including but not limited to online link/connection, program manuals, and interaction with the facilitator/speaker) an additional paid registration is required. We appreciate your assistance in ensuring that each event participant is registered with CBA and all applicable fees are paid. Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Community Bankers Association of Georgia meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CBA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
