Position Title: Universal Banker                        Reports to: Branch Operations Manager or Call Center Manager

Summary:
Provides banking expertise to existing customers through fulfilling customer requests or referring customers to bank partners. Promotes Peach State Bank to prospects and able to recruit new bank customers. Works closely with various departments in the bank to ensure that customer needs are met.

Job Requirements:
• Has 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service function, preferably in a financial institution.
• Demonstrates an outstanding customer service attitude.
• Presents a professional image in dress and actions that instills trust and respect from customers and co-workers.
• Displays superior project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Able to stand up to 6 hours a day.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Functions including Explaining Products and Services Offered, Account Opening, Account Maintenance, General Customer Assistance and Customer Retention.
• Safe Box Opening and Entry Process
• Check Ordering, Explaining Check Fees and Check Order Research
• Handle wire requests
• Accept fraud disputes
• Process new debit card orders (instant issue and order from processor)
• Teller Functions including processing customer deposits and withdrawals, balancing, issuing Official Checks and other teller duties
• ITM
• Call Center Functions including handling inbound calls and making outbound service calls
• Support Electronic Services to include Basic Online Banking, Mobile Banking/App, Bill Payment, Mobile Deposit, eStatements and the Enrollment Process
• Assist customers with ApplePay, GooglePay set up and can instruct users on other external applications including Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, etc
• Work Electronic Banking Daily Reports to help monitor accounts for unusual activity
• Provide basic Treasury Management assistance
• Able to make conversation with customers while processing requests to help uncover
additional banking needs.
• Proficient in explaining policies, fees and accounts to customers and can work to reach resolution for the customer. Also understands when and how to escalate a customer situation to Branch Manager or other Senior Officer.
• Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
