JOB TITLE: E Banking Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Electronic Banking Specialist is responsible for the implementation, support and enhancement of the Bank’s electronic banking products and services. This position coordinates directly with the customers maintaining effective customer relations, providing timely assistance and cross-sell solutions when possible. The successful candidate is a team player, with a positive attitude and must feel comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Serves as the primary support (internally and externally) for the Bank’s remote deposit capture service (RDC) “QuickBank”
• Conducts installation/setup and training on RDC
• Provides maintenance through the helpdesk system of QuickBank relating to equipment and general operations.
• Approves and monitors daily batches
• Perform annual reviews in accordance to the Bank’s RDC policy
• Serves as primary support (internally and externally) for the Bank’s Mobile Deposit service
• Troubleshoots customer inquiries such as raising limits, funds availability and system issues
• Assists in other various electronic banking related activities
• Maintains the Bank’s website while adhering to applicable bank laws and regulations
• Manages online banking enrollments, E-Statement requests and conduct system maintenance on a consistent basis
• Troubleshoots customer inquiries related to online banking, mobile banking and Bill Pay
• Serves as primary contact for Cash Management
• Create Cash Management users
• Add Positive Pay & ACH Origination for our commercial customers
• Train customers to use the Cash Management products as well as troubleshoot issues
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience in E-Banking (i.e. RDC, ACH, Mobile Banking, OLB, Bill Pay, etc.)
• PC Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• General office environment with defined light work
• Physical ability in stooping, crouching, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking and hearing
• Some travel may be required
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal communication skills for communication with customers (clear, concise, correct) required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively and tactfully interact with customers, visitors, and employees at all levels of the Bank in a professional manner.
• Strong technology background with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
• Working knowledge of all applicable banking laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of mobile devices, tablets, desktop/laptops and the associated operating systems and Internet browsers & other ancillary IT products
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.
