Our brand-new Frontline Training kicked off Thursday afternoon with Creating Excellent Service.  What a fantastic class taught by Drexler Consulting’s, Josh Collins, who brought a variety of community bank stories that inspired bankers to raise the bar and think of ways to do the unexpected for their customers.  “The Frontline Training is a great resource for our bank. We have access for our frontline staff to get great content that is relevant to their job. Our staff appreciated the first training about Customer Service Excellence and the idea of personal branding generated a lot of great conversation,” said Sylvia Dorris, VP, Director of Learning & Development, BankSouth.

This new programming is designed to provide training to develop the frontline skills after lobby hours.  Each bank who registers will also receive a recording of the program to share internally with all their staff.   Thank you ACG for sponsoring this fantastic program.
