CBA Rate:
Starting at $209.00 per room / per night plus applicable taxes (11% and $5.00 Georgia hotel fee). Hotel Rates are as follows: $209 / Island View; $219 / Partial Ocean View; $229 / Ocean View; $239 Ocean Front. Group rates will be honored starting on Sunday, August 13 and ending on Monday, August 21 and subject to availability at the time of the reservation.

The destination fee includes: the Hotel will add a Resort Services Fee of $20.00 plus tax per night.  The Resort Services Fee includes the following guest services, which shall be extended to all Organization guests at no further charge: Two hours of bike rentals per day, per room; Two Starbucks Coffee Vouchers per day, per room; Two Beer/House Wine Vouchers per day, per room; Beach and Pool Towel Service; Island shuttle service; Self-Parking at the Westin during stay and events.

Cutoff date:
We encourage you to book your room prior to July 21, 2023. After July 21, rooms will be released, and CBA cannot guarantee the group rate or availability after that date. 

Check-In and Check-Out Time:
Check-In at the hotel is 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am

Reservation Cancellations:
All rooms are subjected to Westin Jekyll Island hotel cancellation policy. An early departure or no-show fee of one night room rate and tax will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date and / or is a no show for their reservation.
