Commercial Loan Documentation Essentials for Georgia Bankers

One small mistake in your commercial loan documents can delay closing, create time-consuming exceptions to clear, trigger audit and examiner findings, or – worst of all – cost your bank substantially in a workout.  This fast-paced, banker-focused workshop strips away the legal jargon and gives you what you need to understand, prepare, review, and close Georgia commercial loans quickly and correctly.

No law degree is required – just real-world examples, checklists, and plain-English explanations from an instructor who has spent twenty-five years in the Georgia lending trenches, walked a mile in your shoes, and has trained hundreds of commercial bankers.
