Session 4: Compensation Practices to Attract and Retain Key Personnel
As the community bank landscape continues to evolve due to M&A, executive retirements, AI integration and the like, this session will focus on the basics of establishing quality compensation practices to attract and retain key personnel.
Topics will include:
• Compensation Philosophy – Why are these important?
• Benchmarking Positions – What is the best methodology?
• Executive Compensation Best Practices: Understanding the proper design elements.
• Commercial Loan Officer Incentives: What is market and is your bank competitive?
• Director Compensation: How should this be reviewed and managed?
In addition to use cases, Blanchard Consulting Group surveys and databases will also be incorporated into this presentation to provide hard data sets on industry trends.
The end goal is to provide the human resource leaders with the appropriate insights to help drive stability and continuity of key employees through relevant and proven compensation practices.
