Organization Overview
GEC offers a full range of environmental consulting services (Phase I and Phase II ESAs) for due diligence during commercial property transactions and commercial lending. GEC also offers permitting, UST closures and mineral resource exploration services. Banks frequently request GEC's services for quick turn-around times on project completion and honest recommendations that minimize loan expenses for the borrower.
