impactFI Advisors was formed in May 2025 to make a transformational impact on our clients, their clients, and the communities we serve. We specialize in rightsizing tech partnerships- financially, contractually, and from a solutions perspective. Our other primary focus is modernization planning. The banks that have a true path to modernization will thrive- those that don’t will eventually fade into irrelevance.
