Organization Overview
National Bank InterDeposit Company (NBID) is the first bank-owned, bank-driven reciprocal deposit network, giving community and regional banks direct oversight and long-term alignment over their critical deposit infrastructure. NBID has grown to over 670 member banks across 50 states, including 18 Georgia banks and counting. Governed by a Board of senior bank executives (nbid.com/board), NBID enables banks to offer expanded deposit insurance, attract large-value relationships, and manage balance sheet size at materially lower costs than legacy platforms. Members receive modern API-driven technology, profit-sharing, and a direct ownership stake in the network.
