VisionFI is an AI research and engineering company. We build before we have to. We refactor when the landscape shifts. We stay close to every new model and every new piece of research, not to chase it, but to understand what it means for the institutions depending on us.
Scout Notebook is the first product from that work. It's a desktop application, installed on a workstation, powered by our Industry Language Model. It reads loan packages, validates them against policy, and flags what is missing, not just what is wrong. Loan QC, audit, and commercial loan review. Every loan. Not a subset or sample.
Large language models are trained on the entire internet. They know a little about everything and a lot about nothing specific. When your documents say checking, DDA, or demand deposit account, generic AI sees three different things. Scout understands they are identical. Ten different attorneys can write the same covenant ten different ways. Scout catches all of them.
The architecture matters as much as the capability. Scout runs on the user's machine, not in a shared cloud. Data is never stored. Inference runs in the United States under a binding agreement. The model has no autonomous authority. A human reviews every output. The product enforces governance by design.
We serve banks, credit unions, and the platforms built for them. Financial institutions access Scout through our channel partners. SaaS platforms embed Scout ILM directly into their solutions to bring native banking intelligence to their own clients.
Functionality is the table stake. Safety, trust, and domain expertise are the moat.
