2025 Community Bankers Leadership Academy Graduates Emerging Leaders

Fifteen bankers from across Georgia have successfully completed the 2025 Community Bankers Leadership Academy, a four-session program inspired by CBA’s LEAD Board and designed to develop the next generation of community bank leaders.
Throughout the year, participants engaged in collaborative learning and dynamic leadership development under the guidance of facilitator April Farlow. This exceptional group demonstrated a strong commitment to personal and professional growth—building skills in leadership, communication, team development, and continuous learning.
Each graduate leaves the Academy with a personalized development plan and valuable relationships that will continue to support their leadership journey. Their dedication to strengthening their banks, communities, and teams represents the very best of Georgia’s community banking industry.
Congratulations to the 2025 Community Bankers Leadership Academy graduates! We look forward to the positive impact you will bring to the future of community banking.
