Community bank marketers gathered last week for CBA’s Marketing RAP, bringing together marketing professionals from across the state to share ideas, discuss current challenges, and learn new strategies to strengthen their banks’ marketing efforts.

Highlights included an engaging session from Chris Bates, Agora Eversole Marketing Agency, on how modern banks are adapting to AI, along with an interactive panel discussion, “What CEOs Really Want Marketing to Know,” featuring Ross Mynatt, President & CEO, Craft Bank, and Chad Jones, President & CEO, First Bank of Alabama. The CEOs shared executive-level insight on ROI, branding, leadership alignment, and what successful marketing looks like from the top.
