Cal McMillan, Flint Community Bank, Receives CBA Lifetime Service Award

Cal McMillan, Senior Vice President & & Commercial Banking, Flint Community Bank, Albany, was recognized by the Community Bankers Association of Georgia (CBA) for over 42 years of dedicated service to the community banking industry at a celebration held in his honor at Flint Community Bank’s office.

 

“Georgia is incredibly fortunate to have community bankers who reach such meaningful milestones in their careers. It’s our honor to celebrate those who have devoted their talents to serving their communities and guiding the next generation of bankers,” said John McNair, President & CEO of CBA. “We extend our warmest congratulations to Cal, thank him for his steadfast dedication to Georgia’s community banking industry, and wish him a rewarding and fulfilling retirement.”

 

Mr. McMillan was nominated by Frank Griffin, President of Flint Community Bank. He joined Flint over six years ago as Senior Vice President & Commercial Banker, bringing more than 40 years of experience to Albany and Southwest Georgia. Throughout his 42-year career, he has served communities across Albany, Tifton, Macon, Ft. Valley, and beyond—building relationships, strengthening teams, and helping businesses grow.
