CBA Welcomes Michele Doyle as our new Member Experience Manager

CBA is pleased to welcome new team member Michele Doyle as our new Member Experience Manager. Michele joined CBA this month and brings with her a vast knowledge of association management and event planning experience. In her role, she is responsible for supporting and enhancing the overall Member Experience for CBA by helping plan and execute CBA educational programs, managing program details and logistics, and representing CBA at events to ensure meaningful engagement.

Michele will also provide day-to-day association support through member communications, database and webinar coordination, marketing and committee assistance, and event facilitation. Michele is known for her exceptional customer service and genuine dedication to taking care of our members. Her can-do attitude, approachable style, and infectious personality help build strong relationships and make members feel truly valued and supported, contributing to an outstanding Member Experience.
