CBA’s LEAD On Retreat: Advancing Skills, Confidence, and Connections in Community Banking

CBA’s annual LEAD On Retreat was insightful and impactful to our attendees this year at Jekyll Island. The three-day event offered multiple opportunities for growth and networking for tomorrow’s leadership bankers. Attendees left with key takeaways that can be used in their daily lives at their individual banks.
