Ready to elevate your impact in the community banking industry? Join the Community Bankers Association of Georgia for CONNECT 2026 at the legendary Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina from September 23 – 27!

CONNECT is more than a convention—it’s where Georgia’s community banking leaders gather to collaborate, innovate, and shape the future of banking. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this premier annual event delivers an unmatched experience filled with high-level networking, cutting-edge education, industry insights, and meaningful connections.

Designed exclusively for community banking professionals, CONNECT brings together Bank Executives, Directors, Preferred Service Providers, Associate Members, and industry leaders from across the state for several days of learning, engagement, and inspiration. Attendees will hear from nationally recognized keynote speakers Jack Stahlmann and Elle Benson, participate in impactful educational sessions on Stablecoin and AI, and discover innovative solutions from top industry partners during Georgia’s largest community banking expo.

Whether you are a seasoned executive, emerging leader, or first-time attendee, CONNECT 2026 offers the opportunity to strengthen your leadership, expand your network, and gain valuable strategies to move your institution forward in an ever-evolving banking environment.

On Thursday after programming, CBA attendees can enjoy a visit and group tour of the Biltmore Estate. Join us for this unique experience followed by a brief reception upon returning to the hotel before everyone heads out on their own for dinner. Tickets are limited and include tour, transportation, and reception. Be on the lookout in June for a special email with more information and link to register. Available to registered CONNECT attendees and guests.

On Friday, we will provide all things Advocacy from starting the day with Jenna Colvin who will be informing attendees on “Student Loans Reimagined: Navigating New Challenges & Opportunities” leading into our hottest session with the Regulatory Panel and followed by what’s happening on the state and federal levels during this big election year. That evening we will be raising advocacy funds at “The Advocacy Encore” featuring local entertainers from the Asheville area with dueling pianos while the CBA Silent Auction commences. All the while enjoying the ambiance and hospitality of the historic Grove Park Inn.

After our programming on Saturday, you will want to join us for our “Bankers & Bulldogs Tailgate Bash”. We will have something for everyone at this event from Bourbon Tasting to local wine tasting. “The Doodle Dude” will be on hand doing his famous sketches for attendees to take home. All while we have the big screens showing the UGA versus Oklahoma game. Bring your energy for a fun closing for CBA CONNECT.

Early bird registration is $1,250 for Bank Members and $1,500 for Associate Members until July 13. First-time banker attendees can take advantage of a special introductory registration rate of just $900. Experience firsthand what makes CONNECT one of the most anticipated banking events in the Southeast!
