LEAD ON Leadership Retreat Kicks Off Next Week on Jekyll Island

CBA’s LEAD ON leadership retreat returns June 4–6, 2025, at the Courtyard/Residence Inn on Jekyll Island. The three-day event offers rising leaders and seasoned professionals the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, build valuable connections, and explore current trends shaping the future of community banking.

Highlights include:

• Chris Kelley, Executive Director of the Barrett School of Banking, will lead discussions on modern leadership challenges, team engagement, and organizational culture.
• Martin Barbee, President of POSH, will explore how generative AI is shaping banking in 2025.
• Lori Godfrey, CBA EVP, will moderate a roundtable with Georgia legislators on leadership through advocacy.
