Members Strengthen BSA/AML Compliance Skills at CBA’s 2026 Fundamentals Class

CBA Today eNewsletter,

Members from across the state met in Macon and virtually April 14-16 for CBA’s 2026 BSA: AML/CFT Fundamentals class.

PSI’s Dianne Barton led the three-day intensive class that stepped beyond the basics to cover critical aspects of BSA/AML compliance. Attendees gained insights into money laundering and the Bank Secrecy Act, risk assessment, compliance programs, customer due diligence, reporting, and record retention. Emerging trends were also discussed.

Those new to the field walked away with a solid foundation and those with experience enhanced their understanding to master the tools and strategies to strengthen their BSA compliance.

Attendees appreciated Dianne’s approach: comprehensive content peppered with real-time examples, key takeaways framed as “musts, coulds, and shoulds”,  and resources and processes to equip attendees with immediate actionable knowledge.

Thank you to Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC for sponsoring.

Join us August 17-21 on Amelia Island to continue the training and networking at Advanced BSA: AML/CFT School.
