Notice of Proposed CBA 2025-2026 Board of Directors

The CBA Nominating Committee is pleased to present the 2025/2026 proposed CBA Board of Directors for consideration of the membership. The proposed slate will be presented for vote at the annual meeting held during CBA CONNECT, September 10-14 at the Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island, Florida.

“I am humbled that so many talented community bankers from banks of all sizes throughout our great state are willing to serve as members of the Board of Directors for their association. Previous Boards have guided CBA these past years into one of the premier banking associations in the country and I am excited to execute the vision of the current Board this coming term,” stated John McNair, President/CEO of CBA of Georgia.

CBA wishes to extend a special thanks for several long-time Board members that are stepping down this term. John stated “It is with great gratitude and appreciation I wish to thank Ron Quinn (Peach State Bank), Neil Stevens (Oconee State Bank), and Jolene Carroll (Magnolia State Bank) for their dedicated service to the CBA Board. Both Ron and Neil served as chairman of the association, and I am particularly appreciative of their support and guidance in that special capacity.”
