Exchange Bank, Milledgeville made a $25,000 contribution to the Milledgeville Police Department to help equip and train the officers who work daily to keep the community safe.
Bank of Dudley, Dublin, supported the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber of Commerce golf tournament by sponsoring a hole and having a team in the tournament. In addition, Matthew Weigel spoke to the GYM Program students at East Laurens High School.
Team members at First National Bank of Coffee County, Douglas raised money and awareness for the Childhood Cancer Awareness Group of Coffee County by wearing t-shirts and hosting a silent auction to raise much needed funds.
Georgia Banking Company, Atlanta supported student scholarships through the Georgia SSO and partnered with Stepping Stones Educational Therapy Center. Redirecting state tax contributions to fund educational opportunities is part of the GBC’s commitment to helping communities thrive.

Employees from Planters First Bank laced up their shoes and participated in the 12th Annual Pink Out 5K & 1 Mile to support families affected by breast cancer.
