PrimeSouth Bank, Blackshear, joined with community members to support those on the front lines of wildfire relief efforts. Through donations of funds, supplies, and acts of service, firefighters, volunteer crews, forestry units, law enforcement, and command centers received numerous essential items to help them endure challenging conditions.

As part of Community Banking Month, the Lake Sinclair office of Exchange Bank, Milledgeville donated to the Animal Rescue Foundation, Inc. helping support the care and well-being of animals in our area.

River City Bank, Rome, donated to the Union County High School DECA program. DECA prepares students for careers in business, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.

Employees from Flint Community Bank, Albany, supported and participated in the Phoebe Foundation Partner Luncheon, celebrating the people and organizations who show up all year long to support better healthcare in their community. Since 1989, the Phoebe Foundation has raised more than $33 million to support healthcare across Southwest Georgia.

SunMark Community Bank, Perry, participated in the Mercer University Community Bank Case Study Competition. The team attended student presentations, where participants took a deep dive into SunMark’s financial progress and overall operations. It was impressive to see the level of analysis, insight, and professionalism demonstrated by each group.
