Innovation Circuit,

CBA is excited to welcome three new members to our Innovation Committee:

  • Aydon Chavis, Carver State Bank
  • Mark Gilmer, First Peoples Bank
  • Kristen Young, Flint Community Bank

The Innovation Committee brings together forward-thinking community bankers to explore emerging technologies, share best practices, and identify solutions that keep Georgia’s community banks competitive and relevant.

Committee meetings include:

  • Timely fintech spotlight presentations
  • Updates on current fintech partnerships and initiatives
  • Preview of CBA’s 2025–2026 innovation events
  • Collaborative networking and idea sharing

Not yet part of the Innovation Committee? Co-Chairs Christian Ruppe, Colony Bank, and Chris Stanley, Georgia Banking Company, invite any Georgia community banker with a passion for innovation to attend a future meeting and explore how to get involved.

Interested? Contact Lindsay Greene for details on joining the committee or participating in a meeting to see what it’s all about.

Let’s work together to advance the next generation of community banking!
