Professional Bio
Amber Milenkevich joined ICBA as Vice President of Government Relations. She comes to ICBA from New York Life, where she focused on retirement policy. With experience across the public and private sectors, including work on political campaigns, United States Capitol, NAFCU, and New York Life, Amber brings a clear, people-centered approach to complex policy issues.
At ICBA, Amber leads advocacy on fraud, data privacy, credit union taxation, interchange, and housing policy. She is passionate about making policy accessible, building trust through communication, and creating impact through collaboration.
Amber received a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Florida State University and holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Intelligence from Georgetown University.
