Single / Double Occupancy: $369.00
Resort Fee: $40.00 daily
Rates are exclusive of a 13% tax per night.
HOW DO I BOOK MY ROOM?
Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include your hotel booking link to reserve your hotel room. Rooms can only be reserved online. The hotel will not take reservations over the phone. If you have not received your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of registration, please contact Ellen Shea at ellen@cbaofga.com. As long as you are registered to attend the convention, we will resend it to the e-mail address you provided during registration process. Rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis.
OTHER NOTES REGARDING LODGING:
- One night’s deposit at time of booking is required to confirm all reservations.
- The Grove Park Inn’s cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival date. Deposit will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
- Reservation Cutoff Date is Monday, August 24th, 2026. Reservations received after this date, or after the block is filled are subject to prevailing rates and availability.
- Accessible and Pet rooms have limited availability; please submit these requests as early as possible. There is an additional charge of $250 for reserving a pet friendly room.
- There is a One Night's Room & Tax Early Departure Fee for rooms checking out prior to the departure date.
