Gwen Lanaghan

Gwen is the Accounting Manager for the Community Bankers Association (CBA) of Georgia, a position she has held since joining the organization in 2023. In this role, she oversees the organization's daily financial operations, ensuring the accurate management of purchases, receipts, sales, and payments. Gwen's key responsibilities include handling accounts payable, processing payroll, maintaining the general ledger, preparing budgets, generating monthly financial reports, and coordinating annual audits to ensure compliance and transparency.

Beyond her financial management duties, Gwen serves as the staff liaison for the Investment and Finance & Audit Committees, providing critical support and guidance in their decision-making processes. She also contributes to organizational governance by assisting the Bylaws Committee, ensuring that policies and procedures align with the organization's goals.

Her comprehensive approach and expertise make her an integral part of the CBA of Georgia team.
