CBA mourns the loss of former CBA Chair, Debra Weil

“On behalf of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia, it is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the passing of Debra Weil. Debra was a beloved community banker who worked at several banks in Georgia finishing her career at the Community Banking Company of Fitzgerald. She served the CBA with distinction in many leadership roles, ultimately becoming both the Chair of CBA’s LEAD Board and Chair of the association itself. Those of you that knew Debra will agree with me when I state that she was a kind, caring and thoughtful person. She will be missed greatly,” said John McNair, CBA President & CEO.
