Clare Easterlin, CBA Board:
Clare Easterlin has spent five years in the banking industry and currently serves with Queensborough National Bank & Trust Company, where her work is deeply rooted in the community she calls home. Having moved away and later returned to her small town, Clare has a unique appreciation for the role Queensborough plays as a local employer. She understands firsthand how access to stable, long-term career opportunities in rural areas strengthens communities, supports families, and encourages young people to build their futures close to home rather than feeling compelled to leave in search of opportunity elsewhere. Clare is also actively engaged in community leadership, recently joining the board of her local hospital authority. Through this role, she has gained meaningful insight into the critical importance of the hospital, not just as a healthcare provider, but as a cornerstone for attracting and sustaining residents and businesses in the county. She recognizes the immense challenges rural hospitals face and emphasizes the need for community support to ensure their success. Queensborough’s participation in the Georgia HEART Hospital Program further reflects this commitment, helping keep essential medical services accessible for local families. What inspires Clare most about banking is the way business decisions intertwine with community values. She believes that in this industry, every choice is made with neighbors, reputation, and shareholders in mind, a convergence that leads to thoughtful, responsible, and impactful decision-making. For Clare, the beauty of community banking lies in finding that balance where good business and genuine care for the community meet. |

He values the personal connections formed through this work and the ability to walk alongside customers as they reach their goals. He also appreciates the independence community banking offers, allowing decisions to be made locally without corporate red tape. This autonomy enables Shannon and his team to act quickly, do what's right, and provide the responsive service their customers deserve. Family is at the center of Shannon’s life. His top priorities are God and family, and he feels blessed to share over 11 years of marriage with his wife, also named Shannon. Together, they have four children and one grandchild who bring immeasurable joy to their lives. One of the greatest advantages of his career in banking has been the flexibility it provides, allowing him to be present for his family and involved in all aspects of his children’s activities. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors around his home, and cheering passionately for the Georgia Bulldogs. |

Jessica Hudson, LEAD Board:
Jessica Hudson has spent 14 years in banking and currently serves at First National Bank of Coffee County, where her work is deeply rooted in strengthening the community she has always called home. One of the most meaningful impacts of her role has been helping local real estate investors rehabilitate properties damaged by Hurricane Helene. Through the bank, she has helped process more than 20 loans dedicated to restoring these homes and bringing them back into livable condition. Watching life and stability return to these properties has been especially rewarding, given the hardship and destruction the community experienced in the storm’s aftermath. Jessica’s commitment to community extends far beyond her work in banking. She is an active member of the Douglas Rotary Club and serves on the South Georgia State College Foundation Board of Trustees. Her involvement with these organizations reflects her passion for service and her desire to contribute to the long-term success and wellbeing of Coffee County. What Jessica loves most about her career is the opportunity to support the people she has known her entire life. Born and raised in the community she now serves, she finds great joy in helping customers she’s known for more than 30 years, neighbors she grew up with, families she went to church with, and familiar faces who shaped her upbringing. Being able to give back to the place that raised her is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. At home, Jessica has built a full and joyful life with her husband, Mike, to whom she has been married for nine years. She is a proud stepmother to three daughters and a devoted dog mom to six rescue pups. Together, the family enjoys spending time outdoors on their farm, taking cruises to the Bahamas, and enjoying friendly competition during board game nights. |
