Celebrating Connie Shepard’s Service to CBA

After 10 years of dedicated service, Connie Shepard retired from Community Bankers Association of Georgia (CBA) at the end of the year, leaving behind a legacy of heartfelt member engagement.
In her role , Connie enjoyed connecting with CBA members—whether she was making phone calls, attending association events, or helping banks navigate their needs and make the most of their CBA membership.
Connie was recognized and celebrated at CBA’s Annual Convention, CONNECT, in September, for her commitment to serving Georgia’s community banking industry.
“Connie has been a tremendous ambassador for CBA and for community banking,” said John McNair, CBA President & CEO. “Her genuine passion for our members, her willingness to help, and her warm, personal approach made a lasting impact on our association. We are incredibly grateful for her 10 years of service and wish her nothing but the very best in her retirement.”
