Excitement is building as registrations continue to roll in for CBA’s premier event, CONNECT, taking place September 23–27, 2026, at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC.

As momentum grows, we want to make you aware of an important issue to ensure your registration and hotel booking experience remains safe and secure.

CBA has been made aware of a scam email circulating from “Reservations marketing@c-basket.com” offering a special code to book rooms at the Omni Grove Park Inn.

THIS EMAIL IS NOT LEGITIMATE. DO NOT CLICK ANY LINKS OR PROVIDE INFORMATION.

The only way to book your room is through the official confirmation you receive directly from CBA.

When you register and submit payment for CONNECT, you will receive a confirmation email from CBA that includes the official link to make your hotel reservations. You can also find additional details by visiting the Hotel & Travel section on CBA’s website.
