Job Description:
The Director, HR Operations (DHRO) manages the development and administration of scalable HR programs, processes and procedures within the HR department. The DHRO will manage payroll and benefits and ensure benefits and other HR related programs are competitive, appropriate for the business, and cost effective. The DHRO will seek opportunities to create operational efficiencies within HR with the optimization of the HRIS and other resources. The DHRO will maintain compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations to ensure HR operational soundness.Experience Required:
