Notice of Proposed CBA 2026-2027 Board of Directors

“In accordance with CBA's bylaws and on behalf of the CBA Nominating Committee, it is my pleasure to present the proposed Board of Directors slate for the 2026-2027 term," stated John McNair, President/CEO of CBA of Georgia. “The CBA Board of Directors annually consists of some of the best and most forward-thinking bankers in our state, and the proposed 2026-2027 Board slate is no exception. Through the collective vision and leadership of the Board of Directors, CBA has become the leading voice for Georgia's community banking industry. I am excited to work with the new Board to continue expanding the Association's impact on Georgia's financial services industry.”

The proposed slate will be presented for vote at the annual meeting held during CBA CONNECT, September 23-27, 2026 at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC.
