SBA Doubles Cumulative 7(a) and 504 Loan Limit to $10 Million

SBA Deputy Administrator Bill Briggs reached out to CBA to notify us of the recent changes that took effect with regard to the SBA program offerings. Along with changes to manufacturing policy, the SBA doubled the cumulative 7(a) and 504 lending limit to $10million for qualified borrows.  Visit the SBA website.
