Community Bank Leadership Academy (CBLA) is CBA’s premier professional development experience designed to prepare the next generation of leaders in Georgia’s community banking industry. If you’re ready to grow your leadership skills, expand your influence, and connect with peers across the state, this program is for you.

This immersive, four-session program brings together emerging and established leaders for interactive learning focused on real-world leadership challenges. Participants will strengthen communication skills, gain greater self-awareness, learn how to lead with confidence and purpose, and develop strategies to drive results within their banks.
